"John was recommended to me by my sister who buys and sells homes for a living. I’m so pleased I chose John as my agent! He made the entire process easy and FUN. His knowledge of the field and the market made me feel at ease. He also recommended a loan officer who was fantastic as well. I HIGHLY recommend John Roxanis! Thanks, John!

"John is a great agent. He was ALWAYS available to take our call and answer our questions at all hours of the day. He was there for us, and we really appreciate all his hard work.

"John Roxanis is one of the best realtor I have ever had the pleasure of working with. I have and will continue to recommend him to anyone looking for a home or looking to sell their house. I have seen first hand how he works to provide his clients with the best deal possible and how dedicated he is to helping people find their perfect home.

"Bottom line: do yourself a favor - stop your search for an agent and just give John a call. We bought and sold through John over a three year period. We were new to WV, didn’t know anyone there, and he set up 13! homes to view in a single day. Then, we sold the same house in 2020 (I don’t have to tell you what a doozy that was) and John truly went out of his way, throughout every scenario in the book, to make sure we were set up for success. When we sold we were out of state (left WV) as well, so he had multiple factors that complicated the ordeal, but John did it all with a smile on his face. I could not have asked for a better agent to have walked us through the process. John maintains his character as well, which seems increasingly rare these days. He earned our trust and friendship, and I do not say that lightly. Thanks for everything, John!

"John was great to work with, both as a real estate professional and as a person. He helped us find a house that is really a great fit for us, and then helped ensure that we got it and were treated fairly in the transaction. I’m someone who likes to have as much information as possible, and John really delivered in this area, giving us frequent updates by phone and promptly giving us digital copies of absolutely everything. Any time we came up with any questions or concerns, we had no trouble getting ahold of him to get them addressed. To top it all off, he didn’t just disappear once the transaction was complete. Quite the opposite: he canceled personal plans to come help us unload our moving trailer"

"John was the best realtor. He was so responsive and always available to help us with anything we needed during our selling and buying process. He has so much knowledge he was really able to anticipate our needs and was able to guide us through purchasing our first home! We were able to both sell and buy within 3 months, John really made this possible for us and we couldn’t recommend him enough!!

"John helped my wife and I when we purchased our first home, and also when we listed that home and purchased our second. He helped us through all sorts of potential headaches and made everything as easy as home buying/selling can be! We ended up following his advice regarding time to hit the market for our sale which resulted in a much better sale price than we had even hoped for. I can’t recommend him enough. I know that if you go to John he will go the extra mile to make sure you get what you want and that you’re well taken care of along the way."

"He took time to explain the home buying process and showing us homes for our first time home buying experience. John was there with us from the first step to the last."

"In an impossible real estate market you need an agent that can accomplish the impossible. John Roxanis is that man. His knowledge, experience and connections are invaluable and unmatched in this market. He has represented us on two purchases made in one of the most competitive communities in an already competitive market. He was able to secure the properties at an excellent price and he took us effortlessly to closing. I almost hesitate to write this because when you are fortunate enough to find a Realtor of this caliber, you don’t want to share."

"John was helpful in every way and represented me well, friendly , professional, with great knowledge that protected and represented me as a buyer. He always kept in contact and went above and beyond to help me, thanks John!"

"John is the best realtor in Morgantown. He helped throughout the entire home buying process and made sure we got the house we wanted. I can honestly say if it weren’t for him we still wouldn’t have a house yet."

I will definitely hire him again when I decide to sell or buy again...friends, hire John with your eyes close, you will never regret it... he always seeks the right answer... nice, polite, humble, outgoing, and on the top f that, he is very knowledgable and has the answer to every question"

He knows the local market really well, he helped me find a house I love, and helped me negotiate a better price! John always get his work done quickly and goes the extra mile. He really cares about people."

"I worked with John in 2018 to purchase a home in the Morgantown area. I enjoyed working with him so much that he was the only agent I contacted when I was ready to sell the house in 2021. He always takes into consideration my priorities and needs. He is quick to respond to questions, and very helpful when it comes to finding solutions to any issues that arise during the purchase or sale of a home. I would most definitely work with him again."
